Although people have access to a dietitian, the internet is usually the primary way many get their questions answered about nutrition and unfortunately some of that information may not be true.

Empowe(RD) to Nourish was created to help individuals become the healthiest version of themselves without destroying their relationship with food. The goal is to empower all clients to to make food related decisions they feel confident about while also focusing on behavior change to allow for long-term weight maintenance and lifestyle management.

Experience: I have over 10 years of experience as a dietitian in multiple settings and areas including: Chronic disease management (Diabetes, Heart disease and Obesity) Public Health Nutrition, Clinical nutrition and Health Coaching.
